Terms & Conditions

An initial deposit of 30% must be paid within 5 days of booking.
Upon receipt of the deposit from 30%, we will update the balance and issue a new invoice which will be payable no later than 60 days before the arrival date. Invoices will be sent on the due dates and must be paid within 5 days. Payments not received on time will result in loss of reserved dates.

Payment n°2: 60 days before the arrival date – April 14, 2023

Changes & Cancellations:

Retreat cancellations and change requests must be made IN WRITING. Please provide us with as much time as possible in advance for change requests.
For any cancellation made within 60 days of the arrival date, the initial deposit of 30 % is NON-REFUNDABLE.
Last minute bookings made within 60 days require full payment within 48 hours of booking confirmation and are NON-REFUNDABLE.
